The enjoyment of the cultural heritage housed in the Capitoline Museums is facilitated by a series of aids (elevators, stair lifts and platforms) and the availability of custodial staff.
The Capitoline Museums are equipped with permanent tactile aids that allow the blind and visually impaired public to be able to explore and learn about some of the most important works on display in the museums. The availability of these supports is the result of the attention that has been paid to this audience over the years.
The Capitoline Museums, for many years already, have made available online a LIS video that describes the entire tour.
Inside the Museum, in the multipurpose area of the Temple of Jupiter, it is possible to consult the touch-screen station that contains an LIS video on the history of the Capitol.
