Complesso museale: Pinacoteca Civica “F. Duranti” – Museo d’Arte sacra – Museo faunistico dei Monti Sibillini

The Sibillini Museum Network was founded in 2013 and as of today consists of eight municipalities: Montefortino, Montefalcone Appennino, Smerillo, Monte Rinaldo, Montelparo, Montalto delle Marche, Loro Piceno and San Ginesio, in a reference territory that spans three provinces, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo and Macerata, embracing the Monti Sibillini National Park. It expresses the willingness of the respective municipal administrations to unite their cultural resources in a single project in which the Museum is entrusted with the leading role as a tool for cultural development of the territory and social cohesion. The aim is to jointly communicate and promote cultural heritage, as it is relevant from different points of view: historical, cultural, artistic, environmental and productive.
