In 2004 in Courmayeur, Valle d’Aosta, the Ecole du Sport sports club was founded with the aim of promoting and enhancing the training and educational function of motor and sports practice, focusing in particular on young people to foster the realisation of the person in sport and in life, through individualised and person-centred work.
Among the various activities offered by the Ecole is Baskin, a discipline now widespread throughout Italy with over 600 members, which promotes integration between people with and without disabilities. The association, with the help of volunteers and athletes, has excellent experience in the sector, having also participated in the Italian Cup.
