Blind people can visit and touch museum objects always with the guidance of a pilot, that is, an experienced person who explains what is in the museum.
Blind people can enter MUSE with their guide dog, who helps them move around the museum on their own.
TOUCH MAPS.
On each floor of the museum, on the left as you go up the stairs, there is a panel with a tactile map.
The map shows how the space is organized and what is on the floor. On each map are texts written in braille, so even people who are blind or visually impaired can find the information to find their way around the museum.
Deaf people can ask for a guided tour with a LIS interpreter, which is a person who is fluent in Italian sign language.
The various areas of the museum are accessible by ramps and elevators, to people with wheelchairs.
