museo accessibile valle del sele a persone in sedia a rotelle e non vedenti

This archaeological museum allows full entry into the rooms and paths to wheelchair users who will be able to fully enjoy a wonderful experience letting themselves be fascinated by the many finds in the museum.
The museum offers in addition to a fantastic tour also a tactile path with Braille guide and a tactile activity aimed at the awareness of some vases from past eras, this experience will leave the visitor great historical knowledge.

There is an illustration of the tombs found in the Madonna della Catena locality and datable to the Eneolithic period. The evidence relating to the Bronze Age documents the occupation of the hillside areas by small settlements linked to transhumance practices and open to contact with the outside world, as demonstrated by the presence of Mycenaean-type pottery.
